As a Psychologist and Life Coach, it is always an honor to help clients live an authentic life! I use my over 25 years of experience to help you reach your full potential. I am not your traditional type of therapist but someone who will challenge you to look at yourself and the maladaptive patterns that brought you to me.
NOW…with that said, I don’t have a magic wand! This work is collaborative, meaning you will have to do the work but I will be in the trenches with you. Sometimes the work can be hard. Sometimes you will want to quit but know that you will get through and come out on the other side better.

Dr. Hope received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, her MSW in
Clinical Social Work from New York University, and her MA in Human Sexuality from New York
University. She has worked in a variety of settings including some of the top hospitals and
companies in the country. Her clients come from a wide range of backgrounds including Sports,
Entertainment, and Fortune 500 companies. She also serves clients globally.
